St Charles, MO – Phillip Roderick injured in motorcycle accident on MO-94 near Emke Rd

St. Charles, Missouri (October 31, 2022) – A traffic incident occurred in St. Charles County and seriously injured a 72-year-old man. At approximately 11:20 a.m. on October 29, Missouri State Highway Patrol troops were dispatched to a collision on Missouri State Route 94.

According to local law enforcement, a 2008 Harley-Davidson FLSTC was involved in a collision with a 2020 Infinity QX60 Missouri State Route 94 at the Emke Road intersection. Both vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the accident. The motorcyclist was ejected from his vehicle.

The pilot, Phillip Roderick, 72, of Union, Missouri, was seriously injured in the crash. He was transported to Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri, by the St. Charles County Dependency District, where he was admitted in serious condition.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
