Oppo Reno7 gets early but extensive spec leak, including pricing

The Oppo Reno7 family is probably still a long way off, given that the Reno6 5G and Reno6 Pro 5G have only recently arrived in Europe. Despite this, we’ve already heard of a Sony IMX776 main camera sensor coming to the Reno7 Pro. Today brings a fairly extensive spec leak, covering almost all of the Oppo Reno7. However, as the source noted, the information is early and does not contain any indication that it is a Vanilla Reno7 or possibly a Reno7 Pro. Take it with a grain of salt.

As we said, this 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor is reaffirmed for the main camera. Although, allegedly, it will not have OIS. Joining it – an ultra-wide Sony IMX355 8MP, complete with macro capabilities, hinting at autofocus. And then a 2MP black and white camera, intended for portraits. On the selfie side, a Sony IMX615 32MP.

The source claims the Reno7 will have a 6.5-inch FHD + AMOLED panel, courtesy of BOE, with a 90Hz refresh rate and 10-bit color support. Pushing pixels into it – a MediaTek Dimensity 920, with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. All this cooled with liquid cooling by vapor chamber.

Powering the show – a 4,500mAh battery, with 65W fast charging. Also on the alleged datasheet – NFC, stereo speakers, and Z-axis linear motor, for haptics. In terms of the exterior, the source mentions a flat 6000 series aluminum center frame, sandwiched between a 2D crystal glass back and Gorilla Glass up front.

We even get presumed prices for the Reno7 – 2,999 CNY ($ 466) for an 8 GB / 256 GB versions and 3,299 CNY ($ 513) for a 12 GB / 256 GB model.
