At Least 1 Dead After Crash Involving Motorcycle At Harrison Twp.; section of Needmore Rd. closed
TOWNSHIP OF HARRISON — UPDATE @ 10:05 a.m. (May 26):
A Miamisburg man was killed in an accident involving a motorcycle and utility truck Wednesday afternoon in Harrison Twp., according to the Montgomery County Coroner.

Scott Dodds, 61, was identified Thursday morning as the victim killed in the crash on Needmore Road near Wagner Ford Road on Wednesday, Montgomery County Coroner Dr. Kent Harshbarger said in a news release.
Dodds’ cause and manner of death are still under investigation, Harshbarger said.
The crash was reported around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday involving a motorcyclist and a Ford F750 utility truck.
A preliminary investigation found the truck attempted to turn left heading west on Needmore Road while exiting the City Electric Supply parking lot, a spokesperson for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement Wednesday. Press release.
The truck pulled up in front of a motorcycle heading east on Needmore Road, the sheriff’s office said.
Dodds was pronounced dead at the scene by doctors.
The driver and two passengers of the truck were not injured as a result of the accident.
